Layout, Construction, and Effortless Use:

Like its siblings, the Rockerz 330 is founded on a solid philosophical foundation. It looks like other wireless earbuds worn around the neck and has a straightforward design. The style is clear, but the high quality of construction is a selling point. If you’re looking for wireless headphones, go no further than Bluetooth earbuds. The neckband is made from superior, skin-friendly silica gel, making them incredibly pleasant to wear for extended periods. The neckband is well-made; it feels sturdy yet is surprisingly pliable and lightweight. In addition, the buttons and batteries in the neckband’s bottom end are made of aluminum alloy. Overall, the quality of the design and construction of these earphones more than justifies the asking price.

There is nothing there on the left side of the neckband. In addition to the microphone and small LED indicator light, the right side of the device conceals a USB Type-C charging port. The left side also houses the device’s buttons, including the power/multi-function button at the top and the volume controls at the bottom. This layout is neat, and you will like it. The power button also functions as a pause/play switch and an answer/end call button. You can also navigate the playlist using the volume controls.

Microphone & Connectivity

The Boat Rockerz 330 is compatible with the latest version of Bluetooth, version 5.0. It has a normal Bluetooth range of 7-8 meters and functions well in any setting. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth headphones only support the AAC and SBC codecs rather than the superior apt X codec (which is to be expected at this price). Dual pairing and voice help are also available.

Lastly, the microphone is a small but serviceable unit housed in the remote area of the device. Although it performs admirably indoors, this little mic needs help maintaining a steady frequency when used outside. The full review, including mic testing, is available on our YouTube channel.

The Best Possible Sound

Regarding the sound, the Boat Rockerz 330 are about parred for the course, with an overall tuning consistent with other marine earbuds. The ten-millimeter drivers are capable of producing a loud and bossy sound.

The exceptional quality of the bass is both a strength and a weakness of these headphones. Vocals and high frequencies are muddy and dominated by the bass because of the heavy tuning. These wireless headphones are a good choice if you want deep bass. Although the Boat Rockerz 330 may seem like a solid option at first glance, there are better options if you are looking for naturally balanced audio tuning or a pair of earphones that will work well with music from different decades. Many other teams of neckbands in the same price range provide superior sound quality compared to this one.

Battery

As advertised, the Boat has a 30-hour battery life. We got roughly 24 hours of playback time on a single charge at 70% volume, which is excellent. In this price range, the majority of Bluetooth earbuds all have the same functional capacity. Complete control for your headphones may be achieved in about 40 minutes, as it enables rapid charging. Accordingly, the battery is the primary benefit of these neckband earbuds.

Boat Rockerz 330 Review – Conclusion

The Boat Rockerz 330 has all the makings of a high-quality set of wireless headphones. These headphones shine in terms of quality construction, wearability, battery life, and deep bass. The earphones’ powerful bass sound is particularly irritating for longer listening sessions, which prevents me from recommending them. My one-sentence review of these earbuds would go like this: “buy them for bass, leave them for the good sound quality.” We hope you enjoyed our Boat Rockerz 330 review.
